55 Bridge Street

We're thrilled to announce the start of our new development at 55 Bridge Street in Nelson CBD. This project signifies a positive step for the city and aligns perfectly with the upcoming Bridge to Better construction.

Designed by local architects Irving Smith and built by Coman Construction, the building will be completed in Q2 2025 and will house Westpac NZ and Tinline offices, bringing 120 professionals to the area. This development will boost the local economy and energize the city's commercial landscape.

47 Bridge Street Redevelopment

The transformation of 47 Bridge Street is stark – from a dated, rundown building no-one would give a second glance, it is now a modern office building to take notice of.

Collaborating with Arthouse Architects, Corva Commercial Interiors and Forme Construction Services, we've seamlessly blended modern architecture with the original structure's integrity and retro 1970s design.

The building needed a total refurbishment inside and out, and structural strengthening.

Now the home of leaders in their fields, CNX, WK Strawbridge, and Shuttlerock, 47 Bridge Street provides the ultimate working environment while also improving its Bridge Street and Wakatu Square location.

We’re thrilled to announce a remarkable transformation on Bridge Street. The buildings at 31-35 Bridge Street have recently undergone a significant upgrade, breathing new life into the area.

Actiontech has transitioned from 33 Bridge Street to its new location at 31 Bridge Street with a brand new fit out, while Body Fit Training has moved in as the new tenant at 33-35 Bridge Street.

This change represents a fantastic opportunity for the local community and businesses, bringing a fresh and vibrant energy to the street. We are also pleased to share that the buildings have recently been sold, marking a new chapter in their evolution.
