Something exciting is happening at Richmond Mall
Tinline Property have embarked on ‘Richmond Mall Reimagined’ – a multi-stage project that is the latest transformation of the mall into an even more vibrant regional shopping destination.
The project is a natural continuation of Tinline’s decades-long investment in the mall. It will take place over several stages.
Stage 1:
Stage 1 reconfigures the space of the former Fresh Choice store into a mix of specialty storefronts for a variety of existing and new tenants. Completion is scheduled for mid-2025.
The majority of Stage 1 work takes place behind-the-scenes, with builders accessing the construction space via the loading dock. There may be occasional periods of extra noise – but the mall will work hard to keep this to a minimum.
The mall and stores remain open during Stage 1, so you can continue to support all your favourite brands throughout construction.
Stage 2:
Future stages of ‘Richmond Mall Reimagined’ will enhance the mall’s retail offer with more fashion and lifestyle brands and provide a new food court, while also introducing exciting evening dining options. These plans are still being finalised, and we’ll be able to confirm more details in 2025.
