55 Bridge Street

We are excited to announce our new development at 55 Bridge Street, a positive step for the city and a new generation commercial asset for Tinline Property.

Seeing the first cranes up at 55 Bridge Street is a sign of life and investment in Nelson’s CBD, adding dynamism to the skyline. At the City Revitalisation Summit and the Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce’s Aspire conference, we heard the importance of investment in the region. Nelson city, with its vibrant commercial and creative hubs, has a great future, and we’re proud to be part of its growth.

The new building at 55 Bridge Street, set for completion in Q2 2025, will house the Westpac NZ branch and Tinline offices, bringing approximately 120 professionals to the area. These workers will continue to support the local economy and energize the city’s commercial landscape.

Designed by local architects Irving Smith Architects, managed by Aesculus Project Management, built by Coman Construction, Barnes Beagley Doherr Ltd, Jackson Engineering Advisers Ltd and Structex, the new building will achieve a NABERS rating, reflecting our commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable construction.

We are excited to watch this project come to fruition and contribute to the city’s bright future.
